The Returns and Exchanges page... ahhhhh! No worries. We thank you for shopping with us and are committed to keeping you happy. Please read carefully as H2RO Wear carries stock but also offers print-on-demand products which differ in policy.
Returns & Exchanges - Clothing + Hats
We do not offer cash refunds at this time. However, if an item doesn't work out for you, we would be happy to offer you a store credit that will go towards your next order once your item has been returned!
Returned items must be postmarked within 20 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.
We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

Returns & Exchanges - Cases, Mugs and Laptop Skins
Due to the nature of print-on-demand products no refunds or exchanges are permitted unless the product and/or artwork does not match your order. If an error is verified then H2RO will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Products on H2ROwear.com originate from four different locations in both Canada and the United States of America. If you have purchased a combination of items you may receive multiple shipments at different times. Most orders will ship out within 5 days from the date of purchase but H2RO does not control our Partner Companies fulfillment schedule. Please see the following info to understand where each of our products will ship from and which countries we currently ship to.
Where does H2RO Wear and their Partners currently ship to?
H2RO Wear and our product partners currently ship to Canada, the United States of America and Europe. Shipping rates are calculated at the time you checkout and the customer is fully responsible for any duty, taxes and/or handling fees that may be incurred. Please understand that some of our products ship from Canada and some from the United States. See below for details:

Products that ship from the United States of America:
(Note: DHL Shipping does charge a small handling fee for orders outside of the USA.)

H2RO Wear cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.
